Growth Marketing Manager

Due to the expansion of company activities, we are inviting a Marketing Manager to join our team.

The company specializes in Training and Development (training and consulting services for corporate clients). We are working with the top companies, our clients are included in the Forbes-200 rating.

Responsibilities: 

Update the ICPs and Personas and set up the lead qualification process; 

Optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead conversions; 

Redesign the content strategy to ensure lead conversion and nurturing 

Run marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email newsletters via Sendpulse, LinkedIn ads, and organic LinkedIn content distribution; 

Set up the content preparation and repurposing flow to cover the multichannel coverage on our blog, Linkedin, and other social media; 

Run the experiments and identify growth opportunities weekly; 

Your Experience: 

Experience working in B2B marketing, growth, or product roles; 

Experience working with content and its distribution via blogs, email newsletters, and social media including LinkedIn; 

Experience working with lead qualification systems and tracking funnel conversions; 

Experience with designing ICPs and Personas; 

Proven experience running experiments with weekly outcomes; 

Desire to set up tooling and frameworks from scratch; 

Hands-on approach and outcome-oriented mindset; 

English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Clients Relationship manager (corporate learning)

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients in corporate and organizational sectors to promote NRG’s training solutions.

Sales Strategy: Develop, review and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth.

Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of NRG’s products and services, effectively communicating their value proposition to clients.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies and product development.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of NRG’s training solutions.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both NRG and clients.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Expectations:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the training or education sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Ukrainian Language is a plus.
